Credit and Debit Card Use
Any payment for registration fees, donations, or other transactions made through this Website by a User inputting their credit or debit card details is final and not disputable. Where there has been unauthorised use of that credit or debit card, and that unauthorised nature of that use is proved, then the payment will be refunded unless it has already been credited to the relevant beneficiary.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Users should be aware that the World Wide Web is an insecure public network that gives rise to a potential risk that a User's transactions are being viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties.
We accept no liability for any fraud perpetrated against a User as a result of any unauthorised viewing by a third party of a User's credit or debit card details entered by a User on the Website.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
User Conduct
Users will only use this Website for lawful purposes and are prohibited form posting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene material of any kind, including any material that could be considered sexual harassment or discrimination, and including material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
Whitelion reserves the right to remove any content posted by Users on this Website if it violates any of the above.
Participant Registration
The below terms and conditions are applicable only to those submitting a registration to participate in the Three Peaks Challenge.
If you are registering for Whitelion Three Peaks Challenge, you are committing to participate in the event and fundraise to the minimum of $1,250 per participant.
Should you not reach the expected minimum level, you acknowledge that Whitelion reserves the right to recover from the participant, the cost of their accommodation and travel for the event.
You acknowledge that the registration fee of $400 is non-refundable.
You understand that as a participant in the Whitelion Three Peaks Challenge, you may be requested to substantiate any claims made on this form by Whitelion staff and/or requested to apply for a check if so requested.
As a participant you give permission for images/video footage collected from Three Peaks Challenge and lead up events, in which you appear, to be used in Whitelion marketing collateral and other promotional materials as required by Whitelion.
You recognise that this document is binding and that therefore any information found to be untrue may result in my dismissal from the Three Peaks Challenge.
