Saturday hike at Masons Falls. only about 14km but a nice walk with the team.
(i had an extra 10kg in the bag to boost the leg workout)

filled in the time while the car was getting serviced.

out for a training walk on Saturday. One tree hill to Rangers Rd (Olinda), only about 15km but a nice stretch of the legs
